A week early I know but I figure no one still plays and I had to brag that I finished my museum (using 2 codes for some paintings) and have over 400 pieces of useless furniture and all the papers To those who have ceased playing but need an excuse to start again they found a way for you to get Punch Out. Click Here (drimple.net)

edit had to to my frown upside down

I forgot that its been a year since the game came out.

Without spoiling it, does anything special happen on the one year anniversary of moving into town? I might be inclined to play for a bit that day (if I remember).

Good job finishing the museum. You are a better man than I.

I've caught all the fish, got all the dinosaur skeletons, and am missing just one insect (I was so close too; the darner dragonfly was just inches from my net before flying offscreen, and now I find out that they only come out during the July/August months so I'm gonna have to wait ANOTHER WHOLE YEAR to catch one!!!) ... Also, if anyone here subscribes to/has access to Nintendo Power Magazine, they've been giving out codes over the last several months for some rare items (Starman, a working Bullet Bill, the flag pole from SMB1); no old NES games yet, but I'm still holding out hope

That working Bullet Bill might get me to play again. The flag pole would too if you can raise the flag and make fireworks go off.

Does anybody have the codes for the Bullet Bill and flagpole?

I just got the Moon from attending the Harvest Moon gathering. Caps off my space-themed room perfectly.

The flagpole makes the little sound effect from the game (you know the one) when you "activate" it, but - sadly - the flag itself doesn't move and there are no fireworks

The Bullet Bill is great, though; once you fire the cannon, ol' Bill shoots out and compresses himself into the wall (no real explosion, but still kinda freaky to look at) ... I'll leaf through my old Nintendo Powers when I get home from work, then post the codes here.

For all your universal code needs, go here:

http://acblink.cjb.net

It's got all the avalible Mario items, plus TONS of other fun things.

Let me tell you, even after a year I'm still going strong with AC. I finally got that damn golden axe yesterday.

I sat down to play it yesterday for the first time in 4 months.

All my neighbors were pissed and the place was overrun with weeds.

I also had cockroaches.

Yeesh.

Tomorrow is some sort of Special Day (I've missed ALL OF THEM to day) - and of course, I work.

I imagine this game is fun if you have the time for it.

My wife still plays this every day -- she's working on getting her bank account up via fishing, and our 3 month old loves watching it (of course, she heard enough of the music while in the womb).

I still play it a few times a week, but not every day. We still haven't gotten near everything unlocked, but we're getting there slowly but surely This is easily the best value we've ever gotten on a game, period.
