I'm not a Rams fan, but the fact that Martz's stubborness and stupidity has me all worked up should say something. Kurt Warner suffers a concussion in the first quarter and he's still in the game. You have a healthy Marc Bulger ready to step in for relief and Marshall fucking Faulk to provide some balance on the ground. Yet Martz still insists on keeping Warner in the game and still calls 54 pass plays, all because he's still that far up Warner's ass and too stubborn to stray away from his offensive philosophy.
I know I'm stating the obvious, but I just had to say something about it. Martz is the sole reason for why the Rams haven't been the same since reaching Super Bowl XXXVI. Unless he wakes up and realizes that "Pass! Pass! Pass!" won't cut it anymore and that it's perfectly okay to start Bulger if his bed buddy is struggling, you might as well add Martz to the list of coaches on the hot seat.

I completely agree. The sad thing is that with their core of talent, St. Louis could quite possibly have threepeated. Just imagine that offense against Baltimore's defense in Super Bowl XXXV.....man alive, that could've been something.
Now the whole team is older, more beaten up, and missing key players. Martz needs at least one playoff win to keep his job.

You'd think that, but you never know. If Bulger goes in and plays a great game this weekend that team should be his and so long Kurt Warner BUT logic does not always apply in the NFL. Don't forget how desperately the Bills tried to make Rob Johnson their man even with Doug Flutie playing a thousand times better in relief. Martz is a Warner guy, that much is clear. Until Warner has a couple bad games in a row while completely healthy, I don't think he'll lose that job on a permanent basis.
