Your logic is flawed. If Undertaker should retire because he'll never get the World Title - then I would suggest there's about everyone except 10 guys on the roster who should leave ASAP. | Madame Manga

I would also suggest that no one would "make" Taker job to Maven. The kid was falling all over himself backstage to thank the man.

So agreed. They're in his yard! I don't care if makes him a tweener, or even a face, it doesn't make sense for him not to be doing something about it.

Fuck ya they're in his yard and they're planning on tearing it up. Undertaker should be getting pissed at this lack of respect. I'd rather see him tear Nash a new asshole at Wrestlemania even if it isn't a 5 star affair. The Last Ride or that thing Nash calls a Jacknife? | #13 Posted on 19.2.02 1606.48 Reposted on: 19.2.09 1624.32 | Shit, I'll pick it up... the Undertaker DOES need to retire. He's not getting a "good reaction" from the crowd, he's still getting face pops because he's still riding out on a Harley to his Limp Bizkit theme song. Yeah, great heel.
Plus, he does not sell.. unless making funny faces and staggering around like a drunk constitutes "selling."
And he's not feuding with the NWO because they need at least one good worker per match. | SerWolfe

| #14 Posted on 19.2.02 1617.31 Reposted on: 19.2.09 1629.05 | i know there is a thread on here that detailed the whole no sell thing by the undertaker (and the norton thread had some interesting insight into what some people call no-selling)... also i remember an article somewhere about it.... but i have no clue where i saw it... anyway.......... how do you expect someone who is a monster to be able to tell a good story within a short match.... it would be totally against his character to just sell everything everyone does right away.... now watch one of his longer matches and you will see a good match... and he does his fair share of selling as part of the storyline....
my apologies to whoever originally said this... i know i am wording this wrong! | asteroidboy

Why don't you just say "Aww, don't give me that "good retaliation" thing. It makes it harder to ignore your comments so I can remain ignorant and foolish"?
To say Undertaker's matches today are the same as his pre-injury (i.e., pre 2000) matches in ludicrous. He has been losing more (although still not much) and has been beaten up more. And even his current gimmick as a niker is based upon his past as a tough guy who feels no pain. | EastCoastAvenger

| #17 Posted on 19.2.02 1640.12 Reposted on: 19.2.09 1659.04 | The Undertaker needs to stay in the business as long as he f*cking wants to, and that's that, dammit! (whiny voicw) Oh, the Undertaker is such an asshole! He doesn't play dead whenever someone brushes against him. He doesn't wrestle like he did years ago! Lets lynch him for daring to evolve and change without our consent! (end whiny voice) To quote Dr. Dennis Leary, "Shut the F*ck Up!" He didn't sell ten years ago, why should he start now? His character is a big, tough, no-pain feeling zombie and has been for over ten years! This type of guy does not sell for typical offense: Deal with it! After all, I didn't hear the same bitching and moaning when HHH no-sold getting dropped 40 feet in a f*cking CAR! The IWC (internet wrestling community) needs to be more consistent... correction: consistent, period! Whatever. I like the guy, he entertains me and he entertains a large enough portion of the fans that I won't have to worry about him being kicked off my tv anytime soon. He just may feud with the NWO later, in fact, I hope to see him reunite with the Acolytes and just run roughshod over Nash, Hall, and Hogan so bad that they're forced to call in the rest of the band! | SerWolfe
