| #1 Posted on 21.8.03 0322.10 Reposted on: 21.8.10 0322.30 | So I saw Radiohead in concert tonight and was completely blown away. They have to be the best live band I've ever seen. I was completely and totally in awe of them.
Something special happened tonight, though. About halfway through their set, they convened around Ed and seemed to have a little meeting. They seemed to agree on something and then broke out CREEP for all of us. This has to be the first time they've played that in America in forever. I was screaming like a little schoolgirl at an NSync concert.
Anyway, just thought I'd share that with you guys. They put on one hell of a show and I can't wait to see them again one day!
EDIT: My bad...I just saw that they played it in MA a week or so ago...I'm an idiot. Still, it was a nice surprise!

Did they do anything from Kid A? | Spiraling_Shape

Aw man...we got Talk Show Host and I Might Be Wrong, but you got Wolf at the Door, Myxomatosis, Just(!), and How to Disappear Completely (!!!). Wow, and no Karma Police, despite it getting a HUGE pop on Monday.

We got Idiotique, National Anthem, Everything in it's Right Place, and How to Disappear Completely from Kid A. Everything I could have wanted :) | Big Bad

For example, they didn't play my favourite song (High and Dry) when I saw them back in 1997. | JST

They were awesome, and Thom is a little man with a big head, it's hard to believe a great voice comes from such a small guy(The "big head" ain't a dig, I also sport somewhat of a large cranium for my size). I don't think seeing them in an arena will surpass the a show that was so intimate and rockin', considering The Bends is my fav disc from them. I would love to see them live again, to hear all the other stuff live. | Spiraling_Shape

I have now seen them four times since `97, and never have they played High and Dry. I have no idea why, but I`m not sure when they last played it.. | GRL

At least in my eyes.
Of course, still wish they could have worked in "Electioneering" and "Palo Alto." The encore of "Everything In Its Right Place" was unbelievable. | | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
