John Dingell, representing Michigan's 15th Congressional district, send this letter to Ward Connerly, essentially telling him to stay out of Michigan. Mr. Connerly is there to get a ballot referendum banning racial preferences.
Connerly responded here.
Worth reading, if only to note the sheer arrogance of an elected representative telling another American citizen to, essentially, stay out of his business, and the business of politics.

Hart to beleive Dingell would make such a stupid decision that any rational politician would know would inflame Connerly and would become a topic of discussion.
