| #1 Posted on 9.7.03 1113.05 Reposted on: 9.7.10 1113.20 | This kind of goes along with the thread I started a few weeks back about Kane unmasking:

"Chris Benoit, Billy Gunn, Matt Hardy, and Eddie Guerrero are the final four remaining in the tournament to crown a new WWE US Champion. Both Billy Gunn and Chris Benoit have been expected to win the belt at various points.
Some now feel that Guerrero could win due to management's decision to pull him from the tag ranks.
It would be logical for WWE to have the US Title holder be a heel since the WWE Champion is a face. This seems to favor Hardy or Guerrero"
So the news on who will win the US Title is one of the four people who are in the tournament. It might be Billy Gunn or Benoit, but Guerrero has a chance because he's out of the tag division. They might want a heel, so Hardy might win too. Unbelievable, but so funny.

It initially favored "Benoit or Gunn" because they wanted a heel to win.

I expect them to keep looking, although there is a possibility that they may not keep looking. The general feeling among military personel is that the president has lost touch with what WMD's look like, which may or may not explain why he cant find them. I've heard from several people that all of the sand in the middle east also makes looking for things very difficult. Or maybe they arent looking hard enough. Stolen from 1shrerer After working in a tag match on Friday's house show in Omaha, NE, Triple H didn't wrestle on Saturday in Green Bay, WI or last night in Terre Haute, IN. The word making the rounds was that H has some form of leg injury, said to be a bruise or something like that. He was held off of the two house shows, but did appear at ringside. From what I have heard, the injury is not thought to be too serious and he should be able to go tonight on Raw.
TRANSLATION: I heard from a guy that heard from a guy who over heard this one dude tell some chick that something might have happened to HHH's leg I guess, but I really have no idea what the hell happened.

Oh but you're so wrong. Look at the effort that went into this veritable masterpiece on the future of Kane
Courtesy of wrestlingexposed.com
"- Since unmasking, Kane has become the focus of RAW. Many wonder, however, where WWE is planning on going with his character; and to be honest, WWE is not even totally sure about Kane's future. However, there are some rumored scenarios being brought up backstage.
- The most obvious and most likely is that Kane remains a heel for quite some time, and builds the heat that his "masked" character once had. Having him act psychotic and forceful, as he does on TV now, would be enough to keep him heel.
- With the heel turn, there's talk that it could actually be a long-term plan for him to go babyface way down the road. If that's the case, one scenario could involve a heel on-air character "feeding Kane's delusion" and actually telling Kane that he looks hideous and is covered with burns. This would obviously build Kane sympathy so that if he were to turn on the character, he would get a face reaction.
- Other more bizarre and interesting ideas such as having Kane tear apart a mental institution, or something related, have been discussed but are far more of a longshot than the basic concept of keeping Kane heel; or even the heel transition to a face run way down the road. Nothing is really confirmed right now."
So basically we all now know that Kane, who is currently a heel, will either remain heel for donkeys or altrnatively turn face. In between he may or may not get up to some crazy shenannigans. Truly this is proof that anything can happen in the WWE. | DJ FrostyFreeze
