1. Just seeing Andy on CBS instead of NBC is weird.
2. Seeing Andy sit next to Letterman instead of Connan is too.

Reposted on: 10.2.09 1026.16 | If you ever read anything about Dave or saw The Late Shift, you know that Letterman is a very private guy, a cause of which is the self-deprecation that he brings on himself.
I think there's definitely a mutual respect thing going on there, as Dave sees Conan as someone who could take his own lack of confidence and laugh at it, instead of letting it bother him, as it does with Letterman.

I was rolling. That might not be the exact quote, but I haven't seen the tape in a couple of years now.
