Reposted on: 7.2.09 0959.01 | I won an auction on ebay a few weeks ago, sent my check in, and I still haven't received my item. I have been e-mailing the seller, but he will not respond. It has now been 3 weeks since I sent my check, and 2 weeks since he told me it was on the way. Plus, now I found out he has been suspended from ebay, and I think the only way that happens is if you either don't pay for something or don't send the item. Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do? I have his name and address, and I even looked up his phone number on the internet. Can I call the police about something like this? I am really getting pissed off. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me on ebay. | Promote this thread! |             | Papercuts!
