Either from his own organization or from the league. That was as bush-league as you can get. I would've have loved to see him try that move on a Charles Oakley or a Ron Artest. Even some old schoolers like Maurice Lucas or Bill Laimbeer. They woud have blasted his ass into the 5th row. I love the NBA, but knucklehead moves like that only strengthen detracters of the league. | Promote this thread! | | Swordsman Yen

What a dumbass. | JWstorm

reminds me of i believe Darrell Armstrong who was allowed to pass in the ball for a last second assist in a game that was way over just to get a triple double. My thoughts are that a triple dub is not one if its unnatural. Espn had a good thing up showing things like the last day of the season where they fed David Robinson constantly to get him a scoring title. In retrospect who really cares who led the league in scoring that year. I just know Jordan didnt bc he wasnt there that year.

| #4 Posted on 18.3.03 1520.40 Reposted on: 18.3.10 1522.30 | It makes you wonder if any of the guys watched some of the great ones. Bird, Magic, Stockton, etc. I know they're too young to have watched some of the guys I saw play when i was young. Frazier, Earl the Pearl, Maravich. These guys could give a blue fart about triple-doubles. It was about winning, plain and simple. If Bird had 2 points, 3 rebounds, and five assists he was okay if they won the game. As I said earlier, I love the NBA. It's the highest level the game can be played. Someone has to teach these guys TO RESPECT THE GAME!!! Again, if he had done that to a guy like rick Mahorn, he would've found out what a nicely placed elbow in his ribs feels like! | | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
