Slu had won 8 in a row.... and UAB had just knocked off Cinci in the Conference USA tournament.
UAB came out of the gate... and blew the SLU team away. But the team played tough the second half... and had a chance to win it. Lost by 1 point.
They've pulled off some good upsets. Louisville, Marquette. Not a good enough record to get into the tournament... (you never know) but maybe enough to get into the NIT. They were the hottest team in the country up till this point.
MIZZOU beat Oklahoma St today.... i believe they were ranked 23rd in the country.
They face 4th ranked Kansas tomorrow. 20-9 i believe.. or 21-9 now.. they should get an at-large bid at least. Promote this thread! | | DrewDewce

Texas Tech could really hurt their chances, but I'd like to see the Billikens in the NCAAs. Of course, I'd like to see the Red Raiders get there too. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
