First of all, it was a joke, get over yourself...sorry I offended your puffy hair, Don Johnson suit, Delorean car, and Culture Club albums.
Gen X is personified by stuff like Nirvana, Beavis and Butthead, Lalapaloooza, and overly cynical and depressing points of view. The 80's were the yuppie conservative days of yore, and in the early 90's, became fodder for endless smart ass remarks.
I still don't understand what the point of your shot at me was, so I take it as trolling and nothing more...yes, irony and all that nonsense...

What shot at YOU are you talking about? I never said anything about YOU, did I? This seems to be the problem with people around here... reading between lines when there is nothing there to read. I simply stated that the 'GenX' age group is the group that LIVED in that period and were raised on that stuff. We don't necessarily LAUGH at it cause it was cheesy or funny, as you seem to feel, and you are more then welcome to have those feelings, shit, I still crack up every time I hear Snow's INFORMER or a MILLI VANILLI song.
If you feel THAT was a shot at you, well... it wasn't. But I still stand by what I said. The GenX croud has thier crap, just the same as any other generation. Remember DISCO? | CRZ
