What is Scorsese's love with DiCaprio? It's not that he is a bad actor but he's not that good either. He is not a tough guy. He wasn't believable in "Gangs of New York" nor in "The Aviator" and he certainly isn't "man enough", pardon the term, to play T.R. Scorsese is great but the films he has done with DiCaprio don't stand up to his previous work. Promote this thread! | | Quezzy

One of the movies I was most looking forward to this year is another Scorsese film The Departed, but after seeing the trailer I'm worried that Leo's performance is going to make the movie not as enjoyable. | redsoxnation

Even Tom Hanks 10 years ago when he could do no wrong as an actor would have been pretty good. But DiCaprio? I'll pass. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
