Alright, I'm gonna do it. Did anyone see the 2 hour finale last night? I am glad Ms. Bubbly did not win. That chick was just too damn young to get married. She needed to go back to Florida and cook for a couple more years.

I actually think this is the one couple that may end up getting married and staying married from one of these shows. (I don't give Bachelorette's Trista very long with her fireman dude before her legs are wrapped around some TV or movie star.) I didn't watch much of the show just because Mr. Firestone was just as young and airheaded as most of the women he had to choose from, but they seem like a good match.

Any thoughts?

I didn't watch the show the whole season, but my fiance convinced me to watch the finale. I'm also glad that Jenn won. Not only because she was nicer, but was also a local girl.

I wouldn't call Kirsten (do I have that right?) "Ms. Bubbly," though. I'd be more apt to call her "Ms. Phony." She seemed incredibly fake, and (to me) appeared to be after his money and/or lifestyle (rich).

Not only that, but as I summized from the show, she left her boyfriend to be on the show. She didn't break it off with him or anything. She just left. It seems that he was under the impression that there was a future for the 2 of them, but she just bolted. She never tell Andrew the whole truth about this relationship. When he questioned her about it, did you see the "look of death" she shot at him??

Andrew & Jenn look like it might actually work out.

Edit: Added more stuff.

I am usually a reality show addict but something about this version just turned me off from the very beginning - heard the girls compared to Betty & Veronica at another site - i was always a Betty fan myself

I'm looking forward to "For Love or Money" on NBC - Fox must be kicking themselves for not getting this show

I actually caught the very end of Mr. Personality last night (Raw was too boring) and although I had banned myself from the show, I did find the girl to be a pretty hot little potato. I never realized that before, but the scary thing is that she actually looks a little like Lewinsky--same facial features.

But no chance in hell that thing is working out. Firestone and Jen might, as long as they stay out of the public eye after the show hype is over.

My wife and I were just glad that one of the Bachelor/Bachelorette shows ended the way we thought it should. We were so sure that he was going with Kirsten, and I thought that his family's (or his brother's) objections to her would make him more resolute in becoming engaged to her.

I mean, you had everyone in the house talking about the ex-boyfriend and then it came up again, independent of that with his family. That had to have sent up some major warning signs, and thank goodness he paid attention. Some guys would be "guys" and go ahead with whatever he wanted to do.

Plus, Jen seemed so sweet and had accomplished a little more in life than "I have abitions and goals, but don't know what they are" Kirsten. I mean, to tell your perspective In-Laws "right now I'm pretty much living for the weekends" Geez.
