Well a good show this week but I see some problems.

Mercury/Hardy was a good match, and Mercury got a clean win for once, that was surprising and a lot of fun. I still question how smart it is to put Mercury in another ladder match on the 18th.

OK, so Deuce and Domino beat the tag champs CLEAN two straight weeks, so where's their title shot? I mean I love Regal and Taylor but they've just totally disappeared without a trace for a month. They lost their last 2 tag title matches, so why are they in the No Way Out bout? And doing a ladder match at Armageddon, No Way Out, and then possibly another one at Wrestlemania is ridiculous IMHO.

Daivari comes back to Smackdown as a CW and beats Helms, the CW champ in a decent little TV match. There still isn't a legitimate or serious CW division around from the looks of things. Jimmy Wang Yang has totally disappeared as well.

I liked Kennedy/Batista up until the end. Batista was looking way clueless just trying to do a back body drop. And the rest of it seemed ridiculously drawn out and I think it could've made Kennedy look a little better.

So the No Way Out card looks like this:

HBK and Cena vs. Batista and Taker
Tag Team Title Ladder Match
DIVA Talent Show
King Booker vs. Kane
Finlay vs. Boogeyman . . . AGAIN.

So where the hell are Benoit and MVP on this card? Because right now this basically looks like another 2 match "December 2 Dismember" type of PPV.

Cool cameo of the week goes to Mike Rotunda.

Reading the spoilers, it sounded like Rey was going to be back in two weeks, but watching the vignette and listening to them talk about Rey (including Cole's headnodding while JBL retired him), I got the impression that it's only supposed to be a one shot non-wrestling appearance and not a full time return.

I'd prefer Rey not come back like three months ahead of scheduled, so that's fine with me.

Bear in mind that there's still a week of TV to go before No Way Out, and it's unlikely that they'll leave Kennedy off the card after the hot month or so he's had. I'd expect A Benoit/Kennedy match to be added, or maybe Benoit/MVP with Kennedy doing something else.

Plus, still time to get Deuce and Domino involved in the PPV, as well. It'd be a shame to keep them off the card. They've become my favorite part of the show over the past month.

God bless Finlay for managing to get the first semi-watchable match out of Boogeyman. Things got a little dicey when Boogey got lost on offense and just starting throwing sloppy punches and clotheslines, but the ending came soon after. I think this is Boogeyman's first pinfall loss, too.

The Smackdown undercard for Wrestlemania is totally up in the air. You've got to figure there will be a couple of guys (one of which is probably Kennedy) in the MITB match and Benoit will defend the US title against someone, but who knows in what combination. Unless they're leading up to a final showdown between MNM and the Hardys for one of the sets of title, London/Kendrick deserve a match on the big show as well.

It was a bit odd to me that they'd have the Boogeyman suffer his first loss as a result of a simple foreign object shot to the leg, after JBL reminding the audience of how he and Booker both became the Boogeyman's bitches. Kind of buries Booker, doesn't it? I mean he lost cleanly and decisively, with no real offense of his own, to this guy that Finlay beat by clubbing him in the leg.
On the plus side, looks like they're actually having Boogeyman wrestle actual matches now, which hopefully leads to his horrible lack of ability being exposed and his character's eventual exit from this show.

Now isn't that why he was basically fired the first time? Before they quickly signed him back? Why did they change their minds about him? Did they really not want him to go to TNA or something like that.

Still forcing one of the best workers on the roster to have ANOTHER match with the Boogeyman, this time on PPV is stupid. I've heard the excuse that Finlay will teach Boogeyman how to work or something. Punishing fans with a PPV match like that is pretty lame though.

I think he was re-signed as a favor for his friend.....Booker T.
