Just like other great 80's stuff making their comebacks, ninjas are an essential part of the 80's goodness formula. Shinobi, NG, and finally, the PS2 sequel to Tenchu!!! Rikimaru IMO joins the ranks of Shinobi, Black Manta and Ryu Haybusa! OYASUMINASAI BIATCH!!!! Oh-- sorry about that. Promote this thread!

Hmm, speaking of ninja comebacks, there's the redrawn Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon (looks more like the comic) and Power Rangers decided to call their latest series Ninja Force (um, okay).

OHAYO GOZAIMAZU MOTHERFUGGER! Seriously, though, I'm wondering if that was Tenchu's first ever TV commercial. If so, Rikimaru's managed to get pushed to the Upper Midcard, baby!

Actually it's "Ninja Storm" I owned both of the Tenchu games on PS1 and I'll probably buy the new Tenchu game for PS2. I just like sneaking up on people and slitting their throats I guess.

Shinobi, Ninja Gaiden and TMNT at the arcades were my favorites. I'll be trying out my friend's Tenchu 1 disc on my Dreamcast tonight (Bleemcast was just leaked on the net). Aw yeah!
