Though I'm sure there are more sophisticated and quicker methods, I do this with Nero burning software pretty easily. Just go to the song in the program, and go to edit it. It will display a wavy graphical image of the track, and you can click at different points and play the audio from there to figure out where you are in the track. Then, chop off everything you dont want for this section. Save it with a different filename, and you've got your first clip. Keep on doing it until youve got everything you want.
I think the same thing can be done with Roxio burning software if you don't have Nero. It's an easy way to do it without having to download, install, and figure out how to use a separate program.
