When did it become a foregone conclusion that the clique controls the WWF again? I've seen it posted in several threads this morning and I was wondering if anyone had sources to back up their information. Everyone that's carrying on about it seems so certain of themselves.

Did Meltzer or any of the other news sources post a brief that I missed saying this has happened?

Let's see... Suxx whines and complains about having to work both A and B shows until Vince gives him his bottle and takes him off Heat... His best buddy Jean-Paul stinks up Smackdown for forty minutes while the more talented people he continually screws over (meaning God and Storm) get less than a quarter of that time, and is perfectly in line to get the title so he can stink up both shows and fraternize with his friends...

You tell me the Clique isn't back in power.

People are using the Kliq as an excuse for Austin walking out, because nobody wants to admit that he's an ass. If Kevin Nash or HBK were wrestling like Chris Benoit or Kurt Angle, you wouldnt hear all the Kliq-talk

also, if HHH and the Kliq were the only ones holding down Jericho and Storm, then why didnt they become megastars while he was gone? the Kliq may hold people back, but they arent the only ones by a long shot

Bah! Don't pollute the well with reason! The Kliq has ALWAYS been holding people down. As a matter of fact, the "Kliq" is really a front for the Illuminati. If you look really hard at the back of the one dollar bill, the eagle is CLEARLY making the Wolfpac signal.

And if you look closely at ol' George Washington's face... THAT'S THE EXACT FACIAL EXPRESSION NASH HAS ON HIS FACE AT ALL TIMES.

AND... just like conspiracy victim Fox Mulder, Lance Storm is almost completely unable to display any emotion!

...hey, that'd actually be a hell of a fun gimmick for Lance n' Jericho. Jericho, Conspiracy Victim and Lance Storm, Dead-Pan True Believer.

Wasn't Chris Jericho the Undisputed Champion? He was about as big of a "megastar" as he could be considering the gimmick he has. I mean, a cocky heel isn't going to become a megastar, that's all there is to it. But, Jericho was over, but when Triple H came back, did you notice how suddenly Jericho was only there to job to him? That's the only argument I can make: Triple H not there...Jericho World Champion...Triple H there...Jericho not World Champion. That and the fact that HHH never jobs to him, even when the consensus is Jericho winning is better for business. Now, I will agree that the Kliq is probably not the only ones holding Jericho back, but he has only gotten one "megapush" since he's been in the WWE and it was when HHH and the others weren't there.

Thank you for spelling "clique" correctly. The word "Kliq" looks like the name of a gay R&B group.

Your theory (and logic) would work if a couple of things were consistent:

1) Triple H, according to you, *never* jobs to Jericho, right? He was beating Jericho before the clique came back.

2) From the time he came back, everyone knew Triple H was going to get the WWF title as a babyface. This was before the clique (Hall, Nash, X-Pac and Michaels included) were back in the WWF as a whole. In other words, his "megapush" was also scheduled to end when others weren't there.

3) If the clique really *WAS* in control and there was this massive conspiracy headed up by Triple H solely devoted to keeping H on top and Jericho down, wouldn't he have either NOT lost the belt to Hogan or won the title back from him in a rematch?

I still haven't seen (nor read) any concrete evidence that they're back together and totally influencing Vince McMahon (other than bitching about their booking -- which others are doing as well). None of them have titles and none of them are in the main event other than Triple H.

If anything, based on what you've laid out, the only argument that can be made is that *HHH* has some amount of creative influence. But we knew that already. Implying that the clique is back together and already causing problems *just* because Triple H is in this position (and older, wiser, far more politically-minded and self preservatory about things) with ZERO hard evidence to back it up is seriously flawed logic and irresponsible around these part. Because people wilil take it as fact.

Personally I wouldn't put Hogan in the rest of these Kliq clowns, I mean he gave so much in his Smackdown Jericho match and allowed Jericho to look overpowering and dominate at times. He seems to be real cool in giving Edge a bit of a rub, even mentioning the guy in a promo this week. Maybe it's the "hogan mark" in me talking but I like his return.

But getting now onto the Kliq, I think it's been stated that they are all friends, Shawn said it himself on Excess before the nWo came back in. I doubt the WWE had enough long term planning of thinking this ahead.

Interesting a few weeks before H comes back they push out Foley. nWo and Shawn comes back and Austin leaves. I mean think about it, it must be some serious shit that pops up for Austin who's been a real loyal workhorse (people forget he was allowed a limited schedule when he came back from his injury and he said F-that give me a full time schedule)Something in the past months pushed Austin over the edge, he knows his stuff and he's making a statement.

We have "reports" that X-pac is bitchin about working B-shows while people like Angle and RVD have been doing that since the split, and when those 3 names pop up what name screams out B-show... We have Shawn Michaels coming back just 7 days after Benoit's return and completely overshadows it... And every Triple H storyline ends up with his opponent looking awful, over and over again

Talking about Triple H, he's FUCKING management LITERALLY. Sorry once you do that, you lose ALL benfit of the doubt. Ever work somewhere while one of your co-workers is having sex with management, you look at them strangely, Do they deserve that promotion? even if they did, the question is raised. And guess what! deservedly so. There is word for people like that SLUTS, and that's how I look at Triple H. What the Trish and Stacy "character" are/were, Trips is the real life version... Everytime this guy gets a push people here question is his connection with Steph. You dont' think his co-workers do the same, how could they NOT!. YaYaYa he "fell in love with herahhh couldn't help itahhh" Save it if you love what you do and want to be a leader like you say you are you don't do that shit. And guess what before someone says "You'll do the same" I'll tell you right now, my conscious wouldn't allow me to do that.

Wow Triple H was out the title picture for one month, and at the mean time made sure he poured a few more pounds of dirt on the Jericho casket by kicking his ass at Hell in the Cell and then immediately gets back into the title picture and beating Hogan as clean as possible (even kicking out of leg o' dome) all with a serverly damaged arm.

And let us not forget... let us NEVER forget... that Triple H's win over Jericho at WrestleMania was allegedly done while Triple H's quadricep was “literally” being held together by a single wire!

Immediately after that announcement, Jericho attacked HHH and put him in the Walls of Jericho.

Watch the WrestleMania main event again. Look at all the leg psychology Jericho uses. I think it's safe to say that by the logic of the storyline, HHH's leg should have been just about completely destroyed, wouldn't you say?

Guess who won? And guess who walked--- WALKED! out of the match. Triple H. So you can't tell me that Triple H isn't in charge and enjoying burying Jericho, because THERE'S JUST NO WAY I BUY THAT.

ok, lets see how i can put this in better terms. if Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam, Chris Benoit, Eddy Guerrero and Lance Storm all conspired to keep each other on top, and hold other people down, who would be complaining? i'm not knocking these guys, i really like them, but seriously, if the tables where turned, would anyone be sticking up for Nash or X-pac?
