Everyone associated with American Idol must die. Fuller, Cowell, Abdul, Jackson, and especially that twerp Seacrest... they must all suffer for the outrage of House being fucking preempted yet fucking again!

Another great episode tonight, though, and the combination of the temporal setting (with it being Valentine's Day tomorrow) and the patient having CIPA complemented each other really well. And I like that for a change, unlike the episode with the dwarf-who-really-wasn't-a-dwarf, that the patient actually had what she was purported to have this time. (Plus, that was one BIG-ASS tapeworm that they ultimately pulled out of her at the end, but they really didn't explain how that would cause the problem that was causing all her other symptoms.)

Favorite scene was the one-up argument that House and the patient had earlier in the episode, with them trying to outdo each other's maladies until she opens herself up for House to give her the sedative. Silly girl, you don't mess with the Master!

I wonder how long it's going to take for House, so preoccupied with Cuddy, to figure out that Chase & Cameron are sleeping together. (Oh, c'mon, you know Chase is going to take her offer. What red-blooded male in that situation wouldn't? I certainly wouldn't be so crazy not to, that's for sure!)

That was shamelessly conceived as "House's case is the girl from Heroes only real" AND AWESOME.

Oh, c'mon, you know Chase is going to take her offer.

I believe that the implication was that he had.

Aren't they in a relationship in real life?

Yeah, Chase and Cameron are a real life couple, from the early days of the show if I remember right.

Awesome seeing Cuddy finally call House out on liking her. One of the few times I've rooted for Cuddy over House.

I didn't really like Cameron basically making a "friends with benefits" offer though, especially since it had been done recently on "Boston Legal" with Denise Bauer's character. But I'll give it some time.
