"Brian Hebner was suspended for one month and fined $1000 for being constantly out of control on the Australian tour. At one point, pops Earl had to goozle him because he was making such fool of himself after back talking his dad. The feeling is that any other ref without the family tie would have beengone."

I'm wondering, did he get hammered and start in with the "You Screwed Bret!" stuff on his dad? Did he do his beatbox routine and challenge Earl to a rap-off? And could you get goozled by Earl Hebner and not laugh out loud?

Either way, I think his Dad is the best in the business in my opinion and Brian has learned well from him. He does a great job in the ring.

Earl Hebner's utter inability to mask his complete, absolute telegraph of the near fall is one of the most annoying parts of watching WWE television.

It's gotta be better than Teddy Long's "Bringing my hand down for the 3rd count, but stopping my palm ONE INCH from the mat because there was a last second kick-out". I always expected him to jump up & say "SIKE!" right after that.

Furthermore, that's a pretty sweet set-up Brian has at the WWE & he's gotta be pretty damn dumb to do anything to screw it up.

And finally, getting "goozled" by your dad, who is also your co-worker (boss?), in front of all of your other co-workers has to be one of the most humiliating things ever.

Thank God I'm not the only one who notices that. My buddy who I split the cost of WM21 with NEVER has noticed this. I pointed it out during the Eddy/Rey match.

Now, he can't watch an Earl Hebner match the same way again.
