Question: with the new influx of energy drinks on the you consume? If so, what brand?

I like either RED BULL or Rockstar.

Anyone else?

Guiness, a meal and a boost in a bottle. Seriously, my energy drink is extra strong coffee, black.

Kind of like Starbuck's Doubleshot - but yeah, I am a strong coffee man myself. Doubleshot's are too expensive.

Monster E. Green, not blue. Tastes like Skittles. Makes my teeth feel like they are melting when I'm done with it.

I have them approximately 3 times a year, in emergency situations only.

On an semi-regular basis I go with green tea for my caffiene.

I tend to avoid those canned concoctions. Too damn expensive for what you get.

For the same price, I get a Venti iced Cafe Americano from Starbucks. I'm WIDE awake after one of those.

I'll try any and all...but none have surpassed the king.

Honorable mention to Monster and Jones Energy.

YJStinger. Unlike a lot of energy drinks, it doesn't taste like tin, so that's a plus.

A funny note concerning those Rockstar cans: the security dude at the local library thought I was bringing beer into the building when he saw the top of the can sticking out of my jacket pocket. If you don't look closely, the can sorta looks like a European beer container, sorta....

I used to sip on Red Bull, but one day I looked at the back of the can and read the ingredients. When I researched Taurine, I got a little disgusted and swore off the stuff.

Nothing like good ol' Pepsi and Skittles.

So far, I like any that isn't Red Bull. I friggin' HATE Red Bull. I wish I could remember the brand, but I didn't even drink all of it, and I got a buzz off of the energy drink. Yes, a BUZZ. I don't remember what brand it was, but THAT'S my favorite.

Don't drink any, generally.

Have tried a few - Monster is okay if you get it really cold. The WWE drink (Raw Fuel? Raw Energy?) sucks.
