I just heard on CNN that Dudley Moore passed away today. I'm not a fan of his work, but thought I'd pass along the news to those who did enjoy his work. Wasn't he a voice in Milo and Otis? -sigh- That takes me back.

He was the narrator of Milo and Otis, yes. He also swapped bodies with Kirk Cameron in "Like Father, Like Son", not to be confused with the other piece of Freaky Friday dreck of the period, Fred Savage and Judge Reinhold's "Vice Versa".

To quote Jay Sherman - "I've got a liver the size of coconuts."

For perhaps Moore's finest picture, I'd recommend the original Bedazzled, with Peter Cook. A great, great movie and contains one of the greatest examples of Why the Devil Did What He Did.

Don't forget the One-legged Tarzan Bit, which is, as they say, both CLASSIC and EPIC.

Mark - how could you have possibly forgotten Foul Play? His role in that movie as the pervert was too damn funny.

Dudley Moore shall be missed.

The Critic with Arthur 3 was pretty good.

Female Doctor: "Didn't you hear me? You have acute angina."

Arthur: "And you have a cute little bottom."

Classic.

yeah, Bedazzled is his best picture (we'll not mention the Hound of he Baskervilles...oh dear). For his funniest work though, checkout Behind the Fringe and sketches wth Peter Cook like One leg Too Few, or any of the Pete n Dud sketches from 'Not Only But Also'. the work of funny, funny men, both sadly missed.
