The new season starts in a few weeks. I love me some Deadwood. The fact that my wife is from SD doesn't hurt, either. Promote this thread!

It took me quite a while to get through with my work schedule, but I found subtitles necessary to sometimes understand the actors better. If there is a more enjoyable villain on TV right now than Al Swearengen, I'd like to know who it is. Swe'gen! Season Two comes out on DVD in 10 days... not soon enough! I'm now hooked.

Not necessarily that the whole show is going away. Might be a stretch, but someone else could take it over. I'd be surprised if they let a great character like Al Swearengen not get more time.

Anyone would be free to get a new gig - which kind of makes it hard to have a show.

Still, I will certainly enjoy this, if this is the end.

The show could have taken over as the flagship with the Sopranos coming to an end.
