It has been confirmed that WWE has released 3 Minute Warning's Jamal.

So, now there left with a completley useless Rosey. What'll they do with him? HEY, I know! He's big, fat, and a horrible worker! LET'S GIVE HIM A WORLD TITLE RUN!

Okay, I've visited the Torch, the Observer, wwe.com, 411, and LOP....

Where exactly was this "confirmed"?

I find it amazing that someone is patient enough to read through five pages of advertising to reach the news there. It's almost as annoying as 1popup dot com!

A couple pints (maybe tons) of ice cream will set him right. ;)

So 3 Minute Warning's Jamal is gone.

Now what to do with Rosey....well since WWE is in there relive the past gimmicks with Piper, Sable, and Billy gunn going back to Mr. Ass they can give Rosey the most famous gimmick ever....Naked Mideon!

Have him run around butt naked with just a fanny pack on.

I remember not so long ago 3MW/Island Boys were considered one of the best big men tag team to come down the pike in decades... I guess that analysis was just a tad off.

They never really made an impression with myself or the friends I watch wrestling with, but I think sticking Rico with them was a bad idea because they came across as two buffoons and a homo, instead of a menacing combo of large Samoans, which has a better chance of getting over.

What was the problem with Jamal? I kept reading like he didn't want to house shows or he was in trouble with the law or something?

When he got in trouble the first time, what happened was he was out at a club with his wife in Florida. Something happened and basically, Jamal ended up assaulting a police officer. So after that, WWE kept him off house shows since he probably had to go to court during those times and whenever 3MW had a match on RAW, most of the time he would do the job as punishment.

I don't know if his recent release coincided with the assault incident or if he did something else.

Well, at least the WWE is going to save half of their money on the retro jerseys.

As to Rosey's future, maybe this will light a proverbial fire under his bulbous ass. Or maybe he will be squashed by Scott Steiner next week. Either works for me.

3 Minute Warning had a cool gimmick at first, when they just ran in and destroyed people. But once they started having actual matches, I lost any and all interest in them.

Jamal has been in the WWE "doghouse" ever since his first stint with the law, so it's not too suprising he was let go. What I found suprising was that they didn't just get rid of Rosey, too. I doubt the guy can amount to anything as a singles. But, hey, it IS the WWE. Being big and having no talent can mean going far in that company (look at Kevin Nash).

First off, I wish a firey death on whoever suggested that Rosey take over the Naked Mideon angle.

I think we've seen what's going to become of Rosey last week on Raw. He's going to be a fat guy jobber. When Jamal was still there that's basically all they were, except they were in tag team matches. The funny part is, Jamal was the much better worker of the two. Rosey to me was always just another Yokozuna, except he didn't have the gurth to at least play a ridiculously fat guy.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is to make him a bumbling hencheman for Christian. Not so much because I think Rosey needs something to do, but I think it would be funny for Christian to have a flunky. And really, after being someone else's stooge for so long, Christian needs to turn the tables to shake that image.

BVM, that's an excellent idea! It would be completely consistant with Christian's character, and it could help him be a Honkytonk-esque champ if Rosey was backing him up.

People would HATE Christian even more, which would be so great.

That's too bad-I really kept hoping for these guys to live up to their promise. I really dug their entrance theme. Plus, they were involved in the shocking(and very entertaining) conclusion of the Billy and Chuck wedding last year.

The 3MW theme song is my favorite. It's a head nodder!

They were promising as a team. I didn't have any complaints about them blowing up and whatnot. I don't think they were booked right but there were behind the scenes things affecting all that.

Whatever he's gonna do next, Rosey's got some work in front of him. Personally I'd stick him with Teddy Long.

I really failed to see why everyone hated 3MW. For big guys, they moved around very well and pulled off moves I had honestly never seen before....what exactly was the problem?

Early on, they were extremely sloppy: The injury to Patterson and the kick to the stomach of the lesbian.
And lets all start the countdown: Nearly less than 3 years to go on the Mark Henry 10 year contract. As always, anytime Vince McMahon and the word genius are put in the same sentence, remember he gave Mark Henry a 10 year contract as the company was heading down the toilet in '96. Nathan Jones of course is the early 00's version of big contract for a worthless individual when the company is in a nosedive.

As sloppy as that kick might have been, you must admit that it made for a VERY impressive visual. Nothing to blindly hate a team over

I could see Rosey repackaged as a Mr. Hughes-type bodyguard, although I don't know that anyone would ever take him seriously. Isn't he related to Rikishi? Why not a move to Smackdown to teamup there?

I'd put the "Jamal shows up on TNA" at two weeks.
