- The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers - Special Extended Edition
- Space Ghost: Coast to Coast - Volume One
- Aqua Teen Hunger Force - The Complete First Season (actually, the complete first season and almost all of the second as well)
- The West Wing: The Complete First Season
- Lennon Legend (John Lennon "music video" compilation with a lotta buncha never-before-seen and rare stuff)
Add to that the Ric Flair comp that I didn't know was already in stores - and the new Mario Kart game which is also being released today, and I'm going to find myself wandering Best Buy for hours this afternoon, debating what should get my money today... | Promote this thread! | | The Vile1

The new DVD set that came out today has 16, same for Space Ghost. Though, I wonder if there are enough episodes yet for a Harvey Birdman DVD.
William street should also make a DVD of all the assorted adult swim mini-shorts and bits, stuff like Capt. Linger and Aquaman dancing in random locations. | PeterStork

The sad thing is that my store has the highest traffic/revenue in the St. Louis district, yet we only got SEVEN copies of ATHF. They barely lasted until 3:00. | OlFuzzyBastard

For some reason, neither show was in the TV section (which is where you'll find Family Guy and Futurama - not to mention other TV cartoons like The Simpsons, South Park and King of the Hill). Space Ghost was in Family, and Aqua Teens was in Comedy. I almost left the store without them. | Karlos the Jackal

Yup.
I was in two stores tonight (picking up the Flair DVD) and didn't see FF x/2 for sale at either place.
I guess, I'll check Best Buy tomororw. | Torchslasher

| #9 Posted on 19.11.03 1010.02 Reposted on: 19.11.10 1010.05 | Speaking of which, my Ric Flair Best Buy story:
I went to one Best Buy in Deptford, NJ and they didn't have any info for me and no copies anywhere. I went to Circuit City and also struck out. Undaunted I went to another Best Buy, and tried again. The employee went to the computer and started to type in Ultimate Rick Flair Collection. I politely told him that it is Ric, and he couldn't find anything.
So he then tried Rick, and lo and behold it's there. There were no copies out, but the computer said there were 20 in. He goes to the back for like 5 minutes, and finally comes back with two boxes of the DVD, saying that he just got them off the truck. Thankfully, the DVD was only 28 bucks (instead of the 35 Borders was going to charge me).
The moral of the story is: check with one of the workers and make sure to spell Ric wrong. You might just get lucky like me.
Oh and BTW, being that yesterday was my B-day, Nov. 18'th was all about Ric Flair and the Mario Kart game. I'll have to see if I get enough cash from old relatives to pick up the ATHF DVD. Whee. | odessasteps
