"Video game publisher EA Sports announced earlier this week that Monday Night Football broadcaster Al Michaels will join John Madden as an announcer in EA's Madden 2003. The company approached Michaels after Madden left his longtime broadcast booth partner Pat Summerall and signed with ABC/ESPN in late February. The Madden football game, the most popular sports game, sold three million copies of the game last year."
Cool. Hoepfully they can get some more personality, like the guys in NHL 2002.

i had nhl 99 for n64 and clement played the analyst role and it was embarrassing to listen to. the idiotic things they made him say was a disgrace...but even worse were the sound effects he made. for instance, one someone got checked, occasionally clement would shout "whooo, whooo" like a train. that's just not right. the guys who do the commentary now for nhl are pretty good. it's jim and don, but i can't remember their last names.

Melissa Stark will be in this game doing the sideline reports from what I heard. Isn't Pam Olliver in one of the Madden games?

Lesley Visser has been in the last couple of Madden games. I don't remember Pam Oliver being in any of them. JB was also doing the intros to each game, maybe they'll have Chris Berman do them in Madden 2003.
