5.Ric Flair- What does it say about the 100 plus wrestlers today when Flair(who' in his fifties) can still outshine most of them on the mike.
4.Jericho- His ablity to turn a promo from funny to serious and back again is fantastic.
3.Rock- Like him or hate him, The Rock on the mike= funny!.
2.Kurt Angle- He would be number one right now if it wasn't for his tendency to act goofy on his promos sometimes.
1 Raven- Raven gave the promo of the year so far last night and I dare anyone to prove me wrong. This man has a way of capturing anyone that listening and make you understand what his character is "going through".
I'd like to see a transcript of that Raven promo also.
Five points about this list though. 1. If Raven really did that well (which i can believe) I can agree with the top four 2. Flair isn't a wrestler 3. If you ARE counting managers (like Flair) then you have to consider Heyman on there 4. If you don't count managers (Flair and Heyman) then I think you have to go to Christian for spot #5 because he's really the darkhorse in this 5. These five are there only because Eddie hasn't gotten much mic time so far this year, once he gets some mic time he'll soar to number.
After the two promo the Rock gave yesterday I have two seriously reevaluate his rankings on this list. The Rock was demi-godlike last night and he definiately carried Hogan during that segment. I am still working on a transcript for the Raven promo it has to be seen(or heard) to be believed.
What'cha you know about death threats?-cause I get alot!
Hey I get NWA here, but it is 4 months old. So for a full opinon by me way til april. Anyway.
1.Raven- Raven cut a promo last night? He wins! 2.Sean O'Haire- I'm not telling you anything you don't already know 3.Paul Heyman- This guy just needs to talk. 4.Natch- Whoooooo! 5.Jericho- Much better now then when he just did that rampway putdowns
Hey, I actully dug Nathan Jones's interview last night, In an Andre the Giant sort of way
Regrettable lack of much time for Nikki Bella in that women's tag match. They pull the switch, and I'm all "here comes the awesome!", but then she quickly tags out & is hardly seen again. Boo. That's why the WWE needs Diva Tag belts.
