He was *supposed* to be pitching on Monday. We had tickets on Monday. They decided Randy needed an extra day's rest. Grrrr. (Hey, given that the D'Backs are going to be awful, we've got to get excited about what we can. And, that's pretty much limited to Randy.)

Indeed they were. There were also guys in the crowd peeling off T-Shirts as he got each K to list out the number on their chests. The ones digit guy must have been pretty hot at the beginning of the night - he went through 8 shirts.

Well, he did end the reign of terror that was the 1969 Seattle Pilots...by moving 'em to Milwaukee and renaming them the Brewers. So that was a good thing...even if they are 4 1/2 out in the NL Central after only 25 games.
