I really liked this movie too. The vampires themselves I think were the best part. Just damn creepy.
Did anyone read Ebert's review? It was inaccurate. For example, he had no idea how the vampires got to the town, so he surmised that they must have trekked miles and miles in just their street clothes. He also said that the old coot trying to escape was missing from the film. Huh?! I generally agree with his writings, but I don't think he was paying attention to this movie.
I maintain that they need a separate category that is just 'really good show'. Louie is consistently one of the best shows on tv, but it is not a comedy. I've been watching for 4 seasons and I still don't know what it is.
