Top television series 24 could be made into a feature film, according to its star Kiefer Sutherland. The actor, who plays Agent Jack Bauer in the taut thriller, sees the big-screen potential of the program as a "natural progression." He says, "I know everyone is looking forward to that happening. "We've got a big Die Hard-style spectacle planned in the back of our minds. "The show is big enough in itself but the movie is sure to bring it on."

I'd go through enough caffeine to kill a whale to sit through all of it.

It is spring
The playful robin flits through the dawn sky in search of a juicy dew worm
He spies a fat one wedged underneath my windshield wiper
He dives for it even though the truck is hitting sixty miles an hour
A surprsing faux pas for a creature who's smart enough to go south for the winter

A movie 24 hours long? It'd be like watching Eyes Wide Shut again.

Maybe it would just be called "2."

I like 24, and if they ever want to make a movie, it'd be interesting to see if they could make it work, especially when the show relies on that one episode/one hour gimmick rather heavily. Of course you can't make a 24 hour movie either if HW decides to make a movie, remember please leave Elisha Cuthbert out of it, although I wouldn't be surprised if they put in a controversial shower scene with Kim and Naked Mandy. Hey its film, you can do it!

I really don't see why everyone hates the Kim character so much. Are the storylines around her a bit stretched? Yes. But just look at any other show and the plots of most of their episodes. Shows where in each episode the characters have a different little adventure would also seem a bit weird if all the episodes were grouped together. Fans of 24 should appreciate the planning and time that goes into making all of the shows related for a story that plays out on tv for about half a year. Instead of focusing on the good parts, it seems fans must always find the bad parts to complain about no matter how good it may be overall.

Well, this is also a wrestling message board, so what do you expect? :-)

Seriously, though, it just seems like Kim's storylines this season are written by a completely different team of writers than the rest of the plots. The discrepancy is glaring. Although, her storyline inthe most recent episode, wherein she finally kills off Psycho Dad, wasn't as bad as the rest of the season

It's just the fact that since her father rules, she might have picked up, genetically or just by spending time with him, ways not to be a complete and utter tool.

Take the 2nd or 3rd hour of this series. Kim is in an SUV, but gets trapped in the alley between a garbage truck and the evil murderous paedo father. At no point did she think, "Hmmm, if I asked the big burly men by the garbage truck for help because I am young, blonde and cute, I might get out of this situation easily and not have to rely on my stupid but pretty kung-fu producer boyfriend who I will remember I am seeing in two hours time."

Plus, the whole hiding the whiney little girl in the cardboard boxes and the conversation they had

"Ow!"
"Megan, what's wrong?"
"Oh, nothing Kim. Just the fact that my evil murdering paedo father gave me a head injury. You know, the reason we are running in the first place"

Yeah and if she was so smart to find a way out of anything it wouldn't really be a tv show anymore. It's along the lines of why do wrestlers even bother listening to the referees? or Why aren't the wrestlers arrested for assault when attacking someone with a baseball bat or sledge hammer?

Geez, now I know I'm not crazy. That ad shows up often on Hotmail and the MSN front page, and every time I've seen it I've thought it was her.
