Last week, the preview appeared to (me, maybe just me) show the Russians electrocuting Jack's groin, which is what the WWE bit I was referring to. Instead, it was just more general electrocution and no one was superkicked into a flaming dumpster.
So far, Jack has been electrocuted, stabbed, shot (winged!) and caught in the explosion of a helicopter, not to mention various punches. It's only 1/3rd in, and Jack may be the only guy who misses CTU.
It was nice the radioactive son subplot set up the (still kinda iffy) plot twist to end the episode, and Farhad seems to have all the luck (except for the assassination failing.) There is no possible plot twist that can be worth the Dana/evil boyfriend/eviler boyfriend's friend subplot. Even the show seems to be remarking how tired they are of the subplot, and it doesn't seem anywhere near over.
The actor playing Bazahaev (father Russian) did a strong job with his big scene. The actor playing Hassan, less so.
The only thing I've been enjoying about the Starbuck and the Rednecks subplot is charting how her hair gradually slings over her left shoulder less and less as her decision-making gets worse and worse and she falls apart more and more.
Ah, strip clubs on television. They're never as strippy as they are in real life. I believe the Rednecks went to Scores, but I could be wrong.
I liked Hassan's daughter's talk with her father. "What's happened to you? You've changed so much in the last couple of hours!"

Saw it a second time. I'm prepared to say Dragon Tattoo joins Hanna as my favorite film of 2011. I think my favorite thing in Dragon Tattoo is that Lisbeth Salander says "hey hey" when she enters a room. Just like Krusty the Klown.
