As for the rest of the menu, I would start with the Swine & Spuds and some Fried Avocado. Then I would have the Duck Bacon Wontons & the Slow Roasted Pork Mole Tamale. Finish it all off with the Sweet Corn Blueberry Éclair and of course, an order of Memphis Totchos as I leave the building...
