Big Unit, Pedro and Smoltz seem to be locks. Does Biggio make it this season?

Do we see any steroid users getting significant votes?

Biggio missed by 2 votes last year. Looks like he should but as you mentioned it's a loaded class.

This class is so stacked that you can easily find more than 10 deserving candidates even if you don't count the steroid guys. Pedro, Big Unit, Smoltz, Bagwell, Mussina, Biggio, Raines, Edgar, Piazza, Trammell, Walker....that's 11 right there.

"It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone." --- Bart Giamatti, on baseball

Maybe. Remember he is the one draw the Royals have as a team and he has a cheap contract.
