Ladies and gentlemen, the following public service message is brought to you by your friends from D-Generation X, who would like to remind each and every one of you that if you're not down with that, we've got two words for you... No surprise that the fix seems to be in against Boise already. I've had Stanford in the NCG since the start of the season, but they had absolutely no business leapfrogging Boise after their escape job yesterday. What's further aggravating that even if Boise goes unbeaten and everyone save for the SEC champion loses a game, they probably get leapfrogged by a 1-loss Oklahoma. No wonder why Boise has to give serious thought to joining the Big East even though it makes ABSOLUTELY NO BLEEPING SENSE whatsoever from a geographic/travel standpoint.
smark/net attack Advisory System Status is: Elevated (Holds; June 18, 2006) While the switch from Cena to RVD should alleviate some complaints, the inevitability of the belt's return to Cena (note where Summerslam is this year) and the poor initial showing by the new ECW are enough to keep the indicator where it is for now. The pieces are in place, though, especially on RAW, for improvements to be made to the IWC's psyche in the near future.
Last week: 5. Clemson (8-0) 13. South Carolina (6-1)
This week: 9. South Carolina (7-1) 11. Clemson(8-1)
Carolina's toughest opponent before the season-ending death match with Clemson is Florida. Clemson plays Wake Forest and NC State. Even if Clemson sweeps, they can't move up the standings unless they rack up triple-digits.

Remember, Florida has a distinct schematic advantage on offense. Nice to see Charlie using the 2007 Notre Dame offense with the Gators. They are closing in on the off the cliff fall of Nebraska at the beginning of the last decade.
