The Red Sox just wouldn't die until the bitter end. They got runners on base during each of the last three innings and could have pulled off a comeback at any time, but just couldn't quite do it. Their luck ran out.

What's a shame is MLB won't deny TBS the rights to the games next year even though, in my opinion, they debased the procedings. Seriously, it's GAME SEVEN OF THE ALCS, and while you may have put forth the cash to air it, it's disrespectful to baseball to NOT when nobody else can legally. Grr.
