Okay, I've done enough of these that you all know the drill. Not a whole lot to say this month, but next month there should be something really interesting for the year-end edition going up with all of this stuff, plus tag team rankings, stats on Heat/Velocity appearances and a "power ranking" system I came up for when I rank the entire roster for the whole year.

While I'm a fan of Kanyon, it's nice to see Funaki one step above the bottom of the barrel.

It seems odd that Flair is in the bottom 10. Then again, Flair could lose fair-and-square to Jim Ross and it wouldn't tarnish his record.

And looking at the inactive list, I realize I have no idea where Gail Kim, Rodney Mack or Kevin Nash even are. Nash is off making a movie, right? Are Kim and Mack injured or did the writers forget they were on the roster?

IIRC, Gail broke her collarbone in a nasty bump against Trish stratus on Heat a couple of weeks back. She still finished the match, too. I somehow doubt she'll get the Triple H hero treatment when she gets back, though.

Mack's injured too. Don't remember what exactly (I want to say knee, but I doubt that's right) and I believe he'll be back a couple of weeks (or couple of months... don't remember that either). But he's definitely injured.

Gail: Broken Collar Bone
Mack: Injured, but I don't really know where or how badly
Nash: Did the Jho surgery and it failed. He's likely retired.

Wisconsin Badgers: 7-5 (Pop Quiz: 3rd and 6, 15 seconds left in the game, you're down by 6. What play do you run? What do you mean a 3 yard pass down the middle?)

Minnesota Vikings: 7-4 (Thank God for the inneptness that is the Detroit Lions, now go out there and beat Green Bay.)

They did the same thing with A-Train for a long time too, and he's since gotten a push and sustained a visible appearance for quite awhile now.

Incidentally, OlFuzzyBastard, do you have the win percentages for A-Train and Haas readily available? I'm just curious since they're both in the top 5 most matches but didn't make the top 25 as far as records go.

And has Jim Ross had enough matches yet to qualify for the list? I'm thinking the requirement was 5 matches but I don't remember for sure.

Next month, I'm going to post the entire roster under a special ranking system, and I'm going to include everyone's complete information, including win/loss records and percentages, main events, PPV appearances, Heat/Velocity appearances, etc. etc. But for now, here's:

A-TRAIN: 22-25-1: 46.88%
CHARLIE HAAS: 26-24-0: 52.00%

Jim Ross has been in three matches this year, so barring anything incredibly stupid on the next four RAWs, he won't get onto the list. Lawler's had eight, but he's 4-4-0 and therefore stuck right in the middle of the list where no one but me gets to see him.

I'm pretty sure that I read that Rodney Mack's knee/leg injury was a pretty severe and it would keep him out about 6 months (and that was close to 2 months ago when I read it).

He got evaluated at the start of November and should be out for 6 months as of then, 5 as of today.

Oh, and has Coach not had himself enough matches to qualify yet?

Ah, just did a bit of research and found out that Lawler/Ross vs. Regal/Storm was a week shy of being in this year.

Are you counting Capture the Midget in your stats, though? ;)

Hmmmm...my man O Haire had kick ass promos, had a match with Rikishi, then Piper jobbed them in a tag match, got fired...O Haire was put into oblivion...well he was at Vengeance, but so was the easter bunny...i didn't like him in WCW, or when he first got to WWE(F), but then they did something creatvie with him, but decided for no reason at all to put him in dark matches and own velocity...my oh my. O Haire in 2004, i hope so. Now i would die happy (eh, not really, but you know) if they put O Haire and Mortis on...Smackdown or ppvs!

Coachman's at four, I think - and that's counting the match from last night which wouldn't have been part of my rankings anyway.

And, no, there's no Capture The Midget and I also didn't count that stupid APA Invitational match from Vengeance. (Although if I did, Sean O'Haire would at least have another loss, so maybe I should go back and add it.) I just couldn't have the Easter Bunny in my list.

It's REALLY sad that the 'Devil's Advocate' character he started earlier this year never got off the ground, because it looked like it had potential to be a really cool gimmick. I still watch those vignettes, as they seem to bring out the mark in me. They were just so damn cool!

Those O'Haire vignettes were fantastic. I still remember thinking it was a real commercial the first time I saw it until it clicked. I thought it was for a movie or something.

I remember when this all started and how we all here brainstormed on the possible ways to re debut O'Haire. I always thought he should have came in as the "complex" Jeff Hardy's bad conscious. He would have been hooked up to a very popular and established star. I think would have been a good tagteam with Sean's power to go with Jeff's moves... Instead they had him backstage at SD shows being a elementary school class clown by daring low-card superstars to do stupid stuff like Spanky streaking in the ring and Dawn flashing. That's his onscreen character?!

It's amazing that this board I remember 3 or 4 very good ideas being thrown around all much better then what the writers actually delivered... Sometimes I wonder if we/I am too hard on the writers, but then you think back to something like this. Something that sparked an interest for an new/unknown and how they completely messed it up so quickly. It shows how truly incompetent the writing is majority of the time.
