So I like how they give us a bunch of acronyms, (TAHITI, GH) and then promptly blow the place up so that there's no way we can find out what happened.

And what was up with all the doctors disappearing? If Streiten and the others were on the SHIELD payroll, I'm a little confused about their involvement with the mysterious underground facility. Surely, more than just Fury knows what's going on.

AND WHAT/WHO WAS THAT BLUE GUY!??!?! I'm guessing its dead but given that it was trapped and providing regenerative material, all the explosion may have done is free it.

So the Clairvoyant's powers apparently work like radio waves. I'm off my theory that its a parasite (the rationale that having Quinn shoot Skye would force Coulson's hand in revealing what happened to him was a good one), but now I'm thinking its an AI of some kind. It exists entirely in 'the grid' and communicates using cell phones and computers. Could this be the start of what becomes Ultron?

Was that the Enchantress showing up at the end? This show might get more enjoyable if we get the supporting casts of the movies showing up from time to time, as it seems will happen next week. I WANT MORE CHUCK AS FANDRAL!

Nah, that wasn't Amora the Enchantress. That was Lorelei, a German siren. I can't recall her ever appearing in the comics, but I could be wrong about that. I liked this episode, but I was more than a little uncomfortable with the idea of Coulson and Co. straight up murdering 2 agents (of SHIELD?) to save Sky. It's not like these were Centipede guys or something. Coulson blew open the door to their top-secret base, and when they tried to defend it, his team killed them. There's no real justification for that.

This, a hundred times over. Couldn't they have just used stun-gun weapons? Also, I don't care how off-book the TAHITI station was, destroying it would've instantly brought Fury and the rest of SHIELD down on Coulson's head and he would've been arrested. Unless the fact that they aren't becomes a plot point, as in additional proof that Coulson is 'special' to SHIELD's operations, as in why they revived him.

They brought Fitz who invented the Night Night gun. They could've used that.

So Khan's blood saved Skye? No one in the Marvel Universe needs to die again now that they don't even need fancy surgery (the brain tickling machine used on Coulson was just to implant memories)... just inject magic alien blood. The alien looks like the Architect from Prometheus.

I got the impression that TAHITI was not a SHIELD facility. They aren't off-book as much as they are an independent contractor. Which is why I'm confused about Streiten's role in all of this. He (and the other suddenly MIA doctors) would know a heck of a lot more about what happened, and Streiten IS a SHEILD doctor (right?)

If anything, the fact that the base was underground with minimal security means that it was planted there with the idea of stopping the Clairvoyant (or forces like the Clairvoyant) from finding out about it. There were only two guards because that was all they knew it would take to blow the place up if anyone got there, and the less people who know a secret, the less likely it is to get out.

I get the feeling that what Coulson was told might be a tad different than what really happened. This was a fairly tight episode and Baxton was pretty great. I got a feeling that Skye is going to be Miss Marvel. Yeah and enough with the magic blood, stealing from Heroes and it isn't even back yet.

The Wee Baby Sheamus.Twitter: @realjoecarfley its a bit more toned down there. A bit.

I was thinking how they keep talking about the Clairvoyant without showing him is similar to how Sylar was treated before he appeared, but I'd rather not start making comparisons between those two shows.

We can debate the quality of his films all day long, but there is no doubt about the influence that Scott's unique style had on modern film-making. He's the godfather of the Bay-Bruckheimer model, and a pioneer of action film editing and shooting.
