I'm hoping one of the Zims can help me out with this. Is there some sort of significance to the 100,000th post in the wrestling forum?

There is no God. If you don't believe me, ask the Red Sox.

I write for CSSA. You probably don't.

Considering I'm closest to that point, I'd guess it would be a new bedpan for winner in their nursing home, because you'd probably be around 95 years old when you get to that point. 10,000 perhaps is theoretically possible, but 100,000?
My bad, I thought you were talking about individual post #100,000.

Yeah, that's just stupid to think of 100,000 individual posts. I'm contented to sit by and wait for whatever level pops up at 3,000 posts for you.

Nope, since we're constantly changing the number by moving threads, deleting posts and threads, and so on. We technically passed that mark a while ago.

(If I'm REALLY bored and I get the time, I'll go back and identify the 12M view.)

Dang. Oh, well. I guess I'll stick with my old, rusty bedpan then. :)

I asked about that once, in a different context. The drift is that, yes, there is a timeout-kinda mechanism that waits for (CRZ recalled) about 5 minutes from your last activity before you vanish from the list.
