My New York Rangers beat the Vancouver Canucks at Madison Square Garden in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals to break their 54 year old curse and I was there to see it (Section 203, Row C, Seat 2) - it was the greatest sporting event I have ever attended or probably will attend.....unfortunately, it now looks like it will be at least another 44 years before they win it again.

Steve Somers of 660 WFAN will be hosting a tribute tonight starting at 6:30pm - I am sure that we will hear Howie Rose's famous call of "MATTEAU ! MATTEAU ! MATTEAU ! STEPHANE MATTEAU !...." more than a few times

Folk singers are always liberal pansies, but not me.....I sing for my fellow conservatives...care to hear "Shoot the Hippie out of the Redwood Tree" ?

If I were ESPN, I would hire Nolan as a replacement for Melrose. He ould be a good addition there and since he will not sniff s head coach job in years,it would be a good move for him.
