It's not written here, but ALLEGEDLY, one version of this story I read which I couldn't find on a google search was that in order to try and collect his money Leaf asked "Do you know who I AM?" and the teller answered "Yes, you're the biggest bust in NFL history" and still wouldn't pay the ticket.
