This show is just hitting on all cylinders right now. "It's always a good idea to demonstrate to your co-workers that you are capable of withstanding a tremendous amount of pain. Plus it's always fun to see Tom faint." "So not only does this thing exist, but you've deprived everyone of cake!" "Are you Nell? From the movie Nell?" "If you would do me the obligation of having your honor heretofore in the room doth right over there... hence!" There are more... but damn this episode was funny. And the best part: the return of JEAN-RALPHIO!! Promote this thread!

The entire wedding segment was handled well. We are getting the slowest of slow burns on Leslie and Ben. I think it's time to get that relationship started and going before they miss their chance to develop it (i.e. if the show doesn't survive this season). "Put on your helmets, we'll be reaching speeds of 3!" "It was nice of you to give that dead woman another chance." "All right, look alive everybody...oh sorry Susan."- MST3K: Space Mutiny Click Here (myspace.com)

Parks has been renewed. I think there's only two or three episodes left so I don't think you'll see Leslie and Ben do anything until the finale. Parks' wedding episode was so much better than The Office's and their big fake grandiloquent emotional super-moments. Like Ann Perkins, whenever I can't hear what someone said, I always giggle and say "yeah."
From what I've heard, Carnivale was pretty pricey to make. They always did a fabulous job of staying very true to the period, & that's got to drive costs up.
