Now with that said, how sick are you if you're a Padres fan? You lose the NL West division to the Giants on the last day of the regular season as well as the wild card to the Braves. Then you watch as your division rivals win it all... with your former long-time manager. Add to it that many believe your team was a fluke in the first place and that you may lose your #1 hitter to free agency and this could prove to be a very painful offseason for San Diego.
